How to Buy a Jewelry Piece in Stock?
If you found a piece you love and want to make it yours
★ Send us an email at crisopeyaconcept@gmail.com with the piece you’d like.
★ We’ll send you the payment details, and you can proceed with the full deposit.
★ That’s it! We’ll coordinate the delivery so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. 💛

If You Fell in Love with a Design, You Can Order It Made-to-Measure
How to Get Your Custom Crisopeya Piece?
★ Send us an email at crisopeyaconcept@gmail.com with the model and size (if it’s a ring).
★ Once your order is confirmed, a 60% deposit is required to begin the creation process. Please send the payment receipt.
★ Production takes 7 to 12 business days.
★ On the day of pickup or delivery, the remaining 40% is paid, and your jewel will be ready to accompany you. ✨

★ If you're in Barcelona, you can schedule a visit to our studio for pickup or showroom. Send us a DM to coordinate.
★ Shipping costs range from 8.00€ to 12.00€, depending on the region and country.
Chile
★ Check with us for availability and shipping dates.
★ You can pick up your jewel in Las Condes or choose Starken shipping to other regions (shipping costs to be paid).
