1. Warranty
Manufacturing Warranty
All Crisopeya jewelry includes a 6-month warranty from the delivery date.
This warranty exclusively covers:
★ Manufacturing defects.
★ Structural flaws attributable to the production process.
★ Issues with stone settings or finishes resulting from manufacturing.
The warranty does not cover:
★ Impacts or accidents.
★ Misuse.
★ Loss of stones.
★ Natural wear and tear from use.
★ Damage caused by chemical products.
★ Modifications made by third parties.
2. Size Exchanges
Ring Adjustments
Because many of our pieces are made to order, we recommend double-checking your ring size before making a purchase. If a size exchange is requested after delivery, the service will carry an additional fee of 20€.
3. Made-to-Order Production
All custom-made pieces have an estimated production time of: 10 to 14 business days.
Timeframes may vary depending on material availability, design complexity and time of year.
4. Jewelry Care
To prolong the life of your piece, we recommend:
★ Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemical products.
★ Removing the jewelry before swimming or showering.
★ Storing it in a dry place when not in use.
★ Cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth.
★ Prong-Set Jewelry Pieces with prong-set stones require special care. We recommend avoiding contact with fabrics or surfaces that could snag, as excessive pressure could deform the prongs and compromise the security of the stone.
★ Adjustable Jewelry Our adjustable pieces are designed to comfortably adapt to different sizes. To preserve their shape and structure, we recommend avoiding opening and closing them frequently or forcefully. Once the proper size is found, it is best to keep the piece in that position.
5. Repairs and Maintenance
We believe a piece of fine jewelry is meant to accompany you for many years. Therefore, we offer services for: Cleaning and Polishing. Plating and Restorations. Stone Setting. All services requested after the warranty period are evaluated and quoted individually.
